Which terms and conditions do you need?

We have a selection of Terms and Conditions of Trade that you can use. Select the one that best matches your operations:

  1. Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods and services B2B (these can be easily adapted for just the supply of services B2B, if that is all you provide) – not suitable for sales to consumers; only for sales to other businesses.
  2. Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods B2B – not suitable for sales to consumers; only for sales to other businesses.
  3. Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods and services to consumers (these can be easily adapted for just the supply of services to consumers, if that is all you provide) – suitable for sales to consumers.
  4. Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods to consumers (these are the ones called “Website Terms and Conditions”, but they don’t just apply to online businesses) – suitable for sales to consumers.

If you need more information, then just click on the links to the above templates. For more about retention of title to goods until they are paid for, read our blog article.

If you need more than one set of template and conditions, then why not purchase our discount pack and get a privacy policy, cookies policy, terms of use of your website and 2 other templates thrown in, at less than the price of 2 sets of terms?

Selling to consumers

The ones designed for use with consumers comply with distance-selling rules and other consumer protection laws. They are fairer to the consumer, which is what the law requires. The ones for use B2B are tougher on the business customer, so they give you, as the supplier, stronger rights. You can get away with this when dealing with business customers, but not when dealing with consumers.

If you sell to both businesses and consumers, you will need a set of both types of terms.
